LOVE DOVE STUDIO: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Love Dove Studio is the trading name of Gill Stewart trading as Love Dove Studio, based at Dove Cottage, No 7 Kilmartin, by Lochgilphead, Argyll PA31 8RN.
2. All orders placed are subject to current availability and purchases will only be processed when we have checked that work is available and subject to clearance of cheques and authorisation of credit card details.
3. All delivery rates and arrangements published are subject to our checking that our normal carriage arrangements are appropriate for the works selected. We will contact the customer to seek agreement to any modifications proposed by the gallery. In such cases purchased orders will only be processed when the customer has agreed any such new arrangements.
4. Our terms and conditions of sale and all other matters concerning the lovedovestudio.com website are subject to the law of Scotland where jurisdiction shall fall.
5. In the event of loss or damage to works in transit to the customer, and upon satisfactory vouching of that fact, the contract of sale shall terminate and Love Dove Studio shall refund the price paid and carriage paid by the customer forthwith.
6. The customer accepts responsibility for any taxation or charges levied in respect of importation of works they have ordered. In respect of sales outwith the European Union all prices agreed and finalised with the gallery are net of vat where appropriate. In particular any carriage rates intimated by the gallery for sales outwith the European Union are net of vat in all cases.
7. Copyright in all images on the lovedovestudio.com website vests in the artists Gill Stewart and George John Stewart and in no case may any party reproduce such images without permission.
8. Any published delivery timescales are for guidance only.
9. Transactions will be processed in British pounds sterling at the prevailing rate of exchange operated by our clearing merchant bank. In the event that Love Dove Studio provides approximate conversion rate information in foreign currency this shall be for general guidance only.
10. In the event of our bank informing us that any credit card provided by a customer has been used without authority or otherwise improperly used the customer shall be obliged to return works forthwith.
11. Customers warrant that they have authority to make purchases in their own name and are 18 years of age or over.
12. Love Dove Studio will seek to honour reservations of artwork where possible but this cannot be guaranteed. Where works are included in a new exhibition or are on display at an Art Fair attended by us it may not be possible to reserve works as is the case regarding reservations of large numbers of works.
13. Users agree not to, except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Services, or use or launch any unauthorised script or other software.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any of our artwork, although we include insurance for loss or damage in our shipping costs.
